Privacy Policy

Valryon Edu ("we", "us") provides school-management software to schools. This policy explains how we handle information when schools use our platform.

On behalf of your school, we process the information it enters: staff and student profiles, attendance, grades, guardian contact details, and related records. We also collect account credentials and basic technical data needed to run the service.

When a school uses Valryon Edu, the school is the controller of its students' data and we process it on the school's instructions. We do not use student data for advertising and we do not sell it.

To operate the platform, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve it. We contact guardians only about their child's school, using push notifications by default.

We don't sell or rent your data. We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (hosting and database) under contract, and share only what's needed to run the service.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per school. We keep data for as long as the school uses the service, and delete or return it when a school leaves, per our agreement.

Staff, guardians and (through their school) students can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting their school administrator or us directly.
