Terms of Service

By using Valryon Edu, your school agrees to these terms. The person signing up represents that they're authorised to bind the school.

We provide school-management software on a subscription basis. We work to keep the service available and improving, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Your school is responsible for its accounts and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Don't misuse the service — for example, by uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other schools' data, or disrupting the platform.

Pricing is per-student and quoted individually for your school, billed monthly. There are no setup fees. Fees are payable as invoiced; we'll always be clear about what you're paying for.

Your school owns its data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, we'll help you export your data.

We provide the service with care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Either side may end the subscription with notice as set out in your order. You may cancel at any time; you won't be charged beyond the current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. We'll try to resolve any dispute amicably first.
